Jamie Willmore brings over 30 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, with a diverse background in athletic training, pilates instruction, and lymphedema therapy. Jamie's career began as a firefighter before transitioning into healthcare and physical rehabilitation.Jamie served as a dedicated physical therapist at Pomona Valley Hospital for 30 years, specializing in rehabilitative care for patients. Prior to focusing on physical therapy, Jamie gained valuable experience as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at the University of La Verne.
They hold a Master's degree in Physical Therapy, emphasizing expertise in rehabilitation and patient care. Their academic foundation also includes a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education with a focus on athletic training. Jamie is certified as a Stott Pilates instructor and is also certified in lymphedema therapy.

When asked why they chose Plumas District Hospital, they said "I wanted to continue to work for a hospital but in a smaller setting where there is more of a close community feeling. I love being in the mountains and getting back to living in a small town."
